I started Lawndash in 2021 because I was tired of seeing Mid-Michigan tradesmen hand off jobs to call centers and offshore schedulers. Every quote I write, I write. Every job I run, I run. If something isn't right, you have my number. Not a number – my number.
The rig is purpose-built for residential and small commercial: cold-water with downstream injector for soft wash, dual hose reels, surface cleaner for flatwork. We're not the biggest operation in Mid-Michigan. We're the one that shows up.

Most residential power washers don't think about wash-water handling or insurance endorsements. We do. Property managers and tribal procurement officers can read this section like a spec sheet.
Michigan's EGLE Mobile Power Washing guidance (Rev. 11/2023) names four legal disposal options for commercial wash-water: sanitary sewer with permission, collection and WWTP transport, groundwater discharge under permit, or NPDES authorization.
Residential rinse is exempted. Commercial work isn't. We're building toward full EGLE-compliant wash-water handling on our commercial operations – including reclaim equipment and designated disposal arrangements – as we scale into multi-family and tribal procurement work in 2026.
For commercial bids today, we'll work with property managers and procurement officers to confirm wastewater handling that meets the specific site's storm-water and EGLE requirements.
